Leaving the bike in the ROOVEE PARK zone, you won’t be charged any extra. By bringing our bike back from outside the zone into the ROOVEE PARK, you will receive a bonus for the next ride (for more details, please read the Terms & Conditions).

Initial deposit 20,00 zł
The minimum balance of funds allowing a ride to start 20,00 zł
First 10 minutes free
One minute of ride after first 10 minutes 0,05 zł
One minute of stoppage after first 10 minutes 0,05 zł
Additional fee for leaving the bike outside the ROOVEE PARK area 20,00 zł
Bonus for returning a bike standing outside the zone to the ROOVEE PARK zone 5,00 zł

What to do if there are no available spaces in the ROOVEE PARK ZONE? answer

Don’t worry. Just leave your bike supported on the kickstand next to other bicycles, end your bike rental and enjoy the freedom of using the ROOVEE system.
Do I have to leave the bike in the ROOVEE PARK ZONE? answer

No, you don’t need to do that. You can leave the bike in any other public place for an extra charge. Remember to read The RMS System Terms and Conditions.
Can I rent a bike without using a mobile app? answer

Yes. You can rent a bike using a special telecode. Contact our Customer Service at 22 300 51 19 / 88 77 66 833
May I leave the bike in an enclosed area? answer

Bikes should be left in public places which are accessible to everyone. You may not leave them on private properties, business premises, in closed cemeteries or in garages. For further information, refer to the Terms and Conditions.
May I leave the bike in a forest or a park? answer

Bikes should be left in public places which are accessible to everyone. You may not leave them on private properties, business premises, in closed cemeteries or in garages. For further information, refer to the Terms and Conditions.
May I leave the bike propped against a tree, post or building, or lying on the ground? answer

Remember to leave the bike supported on the kickstand. You may be charged extra for improper parking.
What is the maximum load of the basket? answer

The maximum load of the basket is 5 kg.
How do I turn on the front and rear lights? answer

The lights are controlled electronically and turn on automatically after dark.
Are bicycles equipped in derailleurs? answer

RMS bikes are equipped in 7-speed derailleurs.
